This leaflet was published within the project "Energy-efficient redevelopment of urban areas in Lithuania" (2015-2017, supported by the Advisory Assistance Programme (BHP) of the Federal Ministry for Environment BMUB) (also available in Lithuanian upon request). It summarises the ideas an basic principles of integrated urban planning at neighborhood level. It addresses municipalities, urban planners, architects and engineeres that are involved in the preparation and implementation of energetic refurbishment - in Lithuania and also beyond.
