ENABLE Partners Studied Best Practices in Housing Modernization in Lithuania
In April 2025, as part of the ENABLE project, an educational trip to Lithuania took place, focused on mechanisms for energy-efficient modernization of multi-apartment buildings. The program of the trip included seminars, visits to agencies and ministries, inspections of renovated residential buildings, and meetings with municipal representatives. Special attention was given to institutional models, financing mechanisms, and professional support for property management organizations.
The study tour for extended number of participants was made possible through the collaboration of the project with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the German Energy Agency (dena), for whom supporting the energy modernization of the housing stock is also a key area within their sustainable development activities.
You can learn more about the study tour in the project’s newsletter.
