ARCEE – Russia, Ukraine, Belarus
One of the main objectives of the project “ARCEE – Awareness and further training of actors from the construction industry in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus on the topic of energy efficiency” was to improve knowledge about measures to save or use energy more efficiently.
In the ARCEE project, IWO led a work package on “Technical solutions for the local level”. In concrete terms, the activities aimed to examine the established practices in the construction industry, to evaluate the current situation and to develop recommendations based on the results of the study. A central project activity was the implementation of pilot projects in the countries. These were accompanied and supported by experts from the international ARCEE team.
