Training of Managers for Urban Development Lithuania
The project “Training of Managers for Urban Development Lithuania” was implemented between October 2017 and February 2020, funded by the European Climate Initiative (EUKI). The aim of the activities was the development, implementation and establishment of practice-oriented training of managers for urban (re)development in Lithuania. The project reached one third of all 60 Lithuanian municipalities and the training as manager for urban (re)development assisted and guided the participants during the development of urban redevelopment concepts for their respective municipalities. This way, the project contributed directly to the implementation of the recently decided focus on an integrated approach to energy-related urban renewal in Lithuania.
