German-Ukrainian efficient houses
As a partner of the German Energy Agency (dena) and participant in the “Energy Efficiency Initiative kraine”, IWO has been involved in the project to increase energy efficiency in Ukrainian apartment buildings since 2016 jointly with Kompetenzzentrum Großsiedlungen e.V. Funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the project focused on practical support and guidance for the apartment owners in selected model buildings. During the project, 20 model buildings were selected in a competition to be prepared for energy-efficient refurbishment in close cooperation with the respective homeowner associations and to be advised on how to apply for subsidies, especially from the Energy Efficiency Fund available since 2019. Based on the findings of the project work, suitable framework conditions for the modernisation of the residential building stock and the gradual introduction of modern energy and refurbishment standards will be suggested. To this end, dena and IWO continue working together with state and municipal deciders and associations in Ukraine.

В Україні переважна частина житлового фонду була зведена у часи Радянського Союзу та давно не відповідає нормам енергоефективності, безпеки, а також сучасним уявленням про комфорт. У країні, в якій енергоспоживання у рази перевищує показники європейських держав, а енергозалежність досі велика, питання комплексної термомодернізації житла має стратегічне значення.

Кроме того, материал содержит ряд полезных ссылок и приложений, которые помогут читателю найти актуальную и важную информацию.
Немецким энергетическим агентством (dena) в 2020 году было разработано Руководство для проектировщиков. В данной брошюре освещены такие вопросы как концепция энергетической санации; теплозащитная оболочка здания; тепловые мосты; теплоснабжение в зданиях; вентиляция; возобновляемые источники энергии; инструменты контроля качества.
