International Society of Real Estate Managers

Together with IWO members Verband deutscher Immobilienverwalter VDIV, VEGIS Immobilien Verwaltungs- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and Belarusian initiators, IWO founded the International Association of Property Managers IVIM in 2010 as part of the Belarus funding programme of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The association grew steadily to include new members and partners from private housing management or service companies from various Eastern European and Central Asian countries. In the course of the ban on foreign NGOs, a decision was taken by the Minsk city administration to liquidate the association. On 31.03.2022, the International Society of Property Managers constituted itself as a virtual community of experts. IWO supports the society.
